VOICE-BODY-BREATH (UNBECOMING WORKSHOP)

Led by Anna Porubcansky, these workshops will draw on Anna’s extensive training in movement, voice and creative practices to give participants from all backgrounds an opportunity to come back to themselves: their own bodies, their own breath, their own sound. Singing together, the groups will explore the relationship between memory, song, body, and desire, and will offer participants an experience of togetherness, collective creativity, and emotional catharsis – a necessary re-connection after the years of pandemic.

Anna Porubcansky is Co-Artistic Director of Company of Wolves. Her solo theatre show ‘Unbecoming’ will be performed in the Universal Hall the night before this workshop as part of the 2022 Findhorn Bay Art Festival. This workshop is limited to 20 people, and will last 1.5 – 2 hours.
