Minari (film) Sat 19th June, 7.30pm

Saturday, June 19, 2021, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

A tender and sweeping story about what roots us, Minari follows a Korean-American family in the move to a tiny Arkansas farm in search of their own American Dream. The family home changes completely with the arrival of their sly, foul-mouthed, but incredibly loving grandmother. Amidst the instability and challenges of this new life, Minari shows the undeniable resilience of family and what really makes a home. Rating: PG-13 Runs:1h 55m. Oscar winner in 2021 for Best Supporting Actress. Screened with subtitles.

“The best movie you’ll find anywhere about what it means to be a family.” Good Morning America

Covid prevention measures will include the auditorium being set up for social distancing with a one way system.  Regarding face coverings we will follow the Scottish government guidance namely – it is mandatory to wear face coverings in cinemas, although there are exemptions for certain people and it is a reasonable excuse to remove a face covering when you need to eat and drink. If you wear a face visor/shield you are asked to also wear a face covering as a visor is not considered to offer sufficient protection. In our auditorium we don’t allow food and drink other than water so please only remove a mask if you are sipping water. If you are coming as separate bubbles please book your tickets separately. For example if you have 4 tickets in one booking we will sit you all together. Please let us know (via uhallpromo@gmail.com) if you have access issues. If necessary we can seat people on the floor area without having to negotiate steps.

Tickets £7 full, £5 U16’s These must be booked in advance. Click here to purchase
