HALL LATEST
With the Scottish government announcement that most of Scotland (including Moray) will be placed in Tier 4 lockdown from Dec 26th, the Hall will close. The film Misbehaviour scheduled for Jan 1st 2021 will now be postponed and ticket holders are encouraged to hang on to tickets although they can choose a refund if they prefer. We estimate that the earliest the film could be screened would be Sat 23rd Jan but this very much depends on Scottish Government announcements between now and then.

Fara brings together four emerging musicians at the forefront of today’s young Scottish folk scene – Jennifer Austin, Kristan Harvey, Jeana Leslie and Catriona Price. They play three fiddles and a piano to produce a fiery sound rooted in their Orkney musical upbringing. Vibrant arrangements, rich harmonies and instrumental talent characterise their music and guarantee an exciting experience to any audience. With a mixture of self-penned and traditional Orkney tunes sung with stunning vocals, Fara produce a truly individual sound.
