Coronavirus Prevention

Please note that all public events (shows and films) in the Universal Hall are now cancelled at least until July. We will review the situation nearer the time to look at film screenings in the summer but this will be dependant on Scottish Government guidelines about social distancing. For refunds see below. Check here for latest updates- information may change at short notice. The Hall Office is now closed so we are not monitoring the phone. Refunds

If you have already bought tickets for events in May (or before) then you can get a refund. Online refunds are actioned automatically and you can see which shows are cancelled by scrolling through the events below

Online tickets: The online seller wegottickets.com will automatically refund to the card you bought with.

Tickets bought in the Phoenix: Take them back to the Phoenix and they will refund. You do not have to get the refund before the date of the show.

 

Tickets held for future events

We are still not sure when we will be able to host events though do we have some ticket availability for much later in the year - see below.

If an event is cancelled you will get a refund as above. No tickets are available to buy in the Phoenix at present - see below for online options.

Reflecting Fridas (storytelling) Wed 25th Oct, 7.30pm

The life and work of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo are the inspiration for this show, created and performed by Brazilian storyteller Ana Maria Lines and forming a part of the Edinburgh International Storytelling Festival. Frida’s loves, injuries and suffering were the subject for her work. She was an exceptional artist and she had a unique life which will be revealed in the story. Ana Maria Lines is a Brazilian storyteller and journalist. She was born in São Paulo, Brazil and her family origins range from African to Brazilian and Portuguese. Please note: this event will be held in the Moray Art Centre near the Universal Hall.
