Dare to be Wild (film and talk) Fri 21st Sept, 7.30pm

Friday, September 21, 2018, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Dare to be Wild is a romantic adventure based on the true story of author Mary Reynolds and environmentalist Christy Collard, whose shared passion for the wild takes them from the green hills of Ireland, to arid Ethiopia, to London’s Chelsea Flower Show, as they reach for their dreams, one garden, on vast desert, at a time. The film won an Audience Award at Dublin International Film Festival and soared to Netflix Most Popular across North America. Mary Reynold’s eco-friendly book Garden Awakening went to the top of its category on Amazon and is in a third print run. The film will be followed by a Q&A with director, Vivienne De Courcy. (Film runs 100 mins)
